Hi! Long story short...
How is everyone? Stopping in to catch up!
K...new photos from Turkey Run Park in Marshall, Indiana. I got to go with my oldest daughter's 7th grade class for their field trip. Best word...AWESOME!!!!! It was a blast to hang with 12-13 year olds the whole day and act like a kid again. Rain and all it was just gorgeous and just what I needed! I think I am now into some hiking! We did the most difficult trail and I did not think it was all that bad...cept for the horrific quantities of mud...but still a blast. We had to climb ladders, and walk the creek to get to where we needed! Bonus to this...if you have followed any of the last couple of years...you know what a HUGE accomplishment this was for me to trust in my knee!!! A few slippery rocks concerned me, but it was not too much. Yeah:highfive: for the therapy!!!!! :boogie: Even better....my calves were a little tender, but I was less sore the following days than the kids :nana: I may have junk in my trunk, but I guess I still have some great ass kicking to do!!!
Next...
Wed brings the tonsils and adnoids out for my youngest. They have been big for about a year...and I have held my ground with the antibiotics ( don't like to use them) but we have hit a point...it is time. So my five year old hits the table first thing in the AM :puke:
She has already picked out her weight in pops and ice cream!!!!! Her diet will be LOVERLY for about a week...Oh to be able to sit and eat jello, frozen pops of all kinds ice cream, mashed ptotatoes, and well...JUNK! and not gain an ounce!
House still up...anyone for the taking???????
